About the Office of the Treasurer
The Treasurer’s Office is a unit of Finance and Administration that provides quality account management services to students, parents, and university departments. Functions of the department include:
- Oversee the collection of payments of University receipts and deposits by departments and student payments including third party payments, and 529 plan payments
- eCommerce/Merchant Services
- Student accounts management, including tuition and fee schedule, authorized users, billing, financial holds, and refunds
- Special Accounts, collections and accounting for student loans and past-due accounts
- Financial Wellness Counseling
- Processing of the IRS Tax Form 1098-T (Tuition Statement)
