If you don’t intend to seek a degree at UToledo but would like to take a class here, we define you as a non-degree student.
You will need to fill out our UToledo online application to register for classes.
- Choose the non-degree application after opening the app link.
- Select one of these options:
- Guest student: I will be transferring my credits back to my current college or university
- Non-degree student: I am interested in taking classes for professional or personal development, not looking to obtain a degree.
- Complete and submit the application.

Are You a Military Or 100% Online Student?
The admission process is the same if you’re a military or online student who wants to earn a degree. Choose your admission path from the list of options above.
