What is Rocket Express?
Rocket Express is a partnership between Owens Community College and The University of Toledo designed to provide you a seamless pathway to a bachelor’s degree.

Why participate in Rocket Express?
- Receive provisional admission to UToledo while enrolled at Owens Community College.
- Lock in your curriculum for up to three academic years from time of Rocket Express admission.
- Track your degree progress at both institutions on your Ozone account and your UTAD account.
- Work with your UToledo transfer specialist while studying at Owens Community College to ensure all classes will apply to your degree plan at UToledo.
- Receive invitations to special events on UToledo's campus.
- Have your UToledo application fee waived when you apply for admission to a UToledo bachelor's degree program after completing your associate's degree.
How do I participate in Rocket Express?
Current Owens students
- Meet with your UToledo Transfer Specialist (see contact information below) and complete the interest form.
- Download the interest form from your Ozone account, complete the form and submit it to the OServe Desk.
New Owens students
- Apply for Owens admission and select the Rocket Express box.
NOTE: You are ineligible for Rocket Express if you were previously enrolled at UToledo. This does not include enrollment in College Credit Plus; CCP students are eligible for Rocket Express.
