Report of actions considered by the Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee during the 2006-2007 academic year.

To submit materials for consideration, please fill out the new electronic forms at the Office of the Provost .

Log in with your UTAD username and password.

• Any faculty member with a UTAD account may submit an electronic form.
• There are provisions for attaching supportive material such as syllabi, letters of endorsement, etc.
• Electronic submission will trigger an e-mail notification to the Chair of the College Curriculum Committee and the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
• ONE paper copy of the Provost form signed by the Department Curriculum Authority and the Chair is still required for College and University records.

Calendar of committee meetings:
Meetings are on alternate Wednesdays at 09:00 in the CTL conference room, CL-1000A

The last day material will be accepted for the 2006/7 academic year is 2007.04.04.
If material is not approved by the 2007.04.19 Council meeting, it will be returned to the department of origin.
