Student Services Staff
The University of Toledo College of Business Administration Student Services Center is open year round to assist undergraduate students in their pursuit of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Personnel include the advising staff, recruiters, secretary, and student assistants. The staff has received many awards for their professional accomplishments.

Both Debbie Jones and Barb Snavely have been recognized by The University of Toledo for excellence in advising in receiving the UT Advisor of the Year Award. Mrs. Snavely, Mrs. Stevens, and Mrs. Spencer are all recipients of the College of Business Outstanding Staff Award, and both Barb Snavely and Darlene Stevens have earned the Students First Award from the Office of the President.

In the College of Business, academic advising is a shared responsibility between the student and the advisor. The academic advisor will provide the student with accurate information about educational options, plans of study, policies and procedures, career advising, and referrals to specialized services when appropriate.  The advisor will assist the student with continual monitoring and evaluation of the student's educational progress. The student will maintain frequent contact with their advisor, and will assume final responsibility for course scheduling, program planning, and the successful completion of graduation requirements.
