The Information Services and Support Certificate is designed to give participants a solid foundation in the skills necessary to become a computer services and support specialist. Acquired skills include learning a variety of software packages, understanding workplace technology issues, and exploring Internet/networking components. The certificate program is beneficial in obtaining the ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware problems. All courses for this certificate can be taken via the Internet.
