The Management Accounting Certificate offers an accounting foundation for managers in a wide-range of workplace environments. Every manager needs to understand the financial ramifications of decisions and be able to interpret accounting reports. The curriculum includes a forensic accounting course that provides a basis for developing checks and balances to insure the proper handling and documentation of financial information and the ability to identify fraudulent activities. All courses for this certificate can be taken via the Internet.
