The Office of Service Learning and Community Engagement (OSLCE) at The University of Toledo is recruiting 10 students (preferably freshmen and sophomores) to work as M3C Fellows who will be part of 600 fellows recruited across 9 Midwestern Universities and Colleges supported by Corporation of National and Community Service (CNCS) for Fall 2007 through Fall 2008. M3C fellows devote, in one year, 300 hours in service to their community. During the program, the fellows complete their hours both individually at an agency that meets their educational needs and personal passions, and as a group. They also attend bi-weekly reflections to learn from their experiences and those of others. After successfully completing the program fellows receive a 1000 dollar educational voucher that goes towards tuition or loans.
