Welcome to the Canaday Center
The Ward M. Canaday Center for Special Collections collects and preserves the institutional memory of the University of Toledo as well as the personal and organizational records of the people and industries of Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Our collections are available to University faculty, staff, students, and alumni and anyone else with a desire to explore our University's and region's history.

Monday - Friday
8 am - 4:30 pm*
Closed daily from 12 - 1 pm.
Closed all major holidays.
The Canaday Center will be closed from Tuesday, December 24 to Wednesday, January 1 for the Christmas and New Year's holidays. We will reopen at 8 am on Thursday, January 2.
