The University of Toledo Application Checklist
Returning the materials requested below is the first step in earning an exceptional education at UT.
- Complete your undergraduate application for admission.
- Pay your $40 non-refundable application fee. Check or money order only, made payable to: The University of Toledo. Students submitting an application electronically using the on-line application may use Visa or MasterCard to pay the application fee.
- Have your official high school and college transcripts from every institution you have attended sent to us. Official Transcript showing completion of College Prep Core Curriculum needed for Unconditional Admission (Direct from High School Students). Obtain a Transcript Request form here or on our downloads page. Guidance counselors and advisors from those schools can assist in providing these documents. Mail all transcripts to:

- Official ACT/SAT score results are needed for scholarship consideration and Unconditional Admission*. Beginning with the high school graduating class of 2006, at least one writing section score is required from either the SAT or ACT for University review. Scores appearing on your official high school transcript are acceptable, or request that the testing company send your scores directly to UT. UT's codes are:
