Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups are small confidential round table discussion groups consisting of no more than ten participants in similar roles in their family business.

These meetings enable each generation as well as non-family managers to share business challenges from the same perspective.

Affinity groups become close-knit, meeting every six weeks, sometimes with spouses.

Each affinity group meets annually with spouses, families, and other groups to enhance their experiences.

Each group is self-facilitating with a goal of developing "best practices" in successful family issues.
