The Department of Management provides cutting-edge programs and resources for students, faculty, and practitioners to develop the leadership and management expertise required of organizations in the 21st century. We will do this through our undergraduate programs in Organizational Leadership and Management (OLM), Human Resource Management (HURM), and Entrepreneurship, Small, and Family Business (EFSB), and Business Law (BLAW), as well as our M.B.A. specialization in Human Resource Management and numerous continuing education offerings. The department is committed to excellence in all programs, practices, and research activities. We believe in partnering with other departments, colleges, community, and business organizations to keep our programs viable and relevant.
